Achievable goal setting, dedication and reflection are important elements that can lead to great sports performance. As a sports psychologist/mental coach I understand how these factors can be used to reach your full potential. My personal strength is to translate theoretical knowledge into practical tools that are suitable for both individual athletes and teams. In my personal approach I focus on you! And on looking for solutions and/or improvements that help you! That’s why I don’t believe in ‘I can’t do it’, I believe in ‘I can’t do it yet’.
